Tempting and Aromatic food of Rajasthan

Tempting and Aromatic food of Rajasthan according to @Kurt993

Perfectly spiced, mouthwatering aroma and temptation that one will crave for more. According to me, Rajasthani food is something without which a trip to Rajasthan is incomplete. One can wander around the streets of Rajasthan to explore the best of Rajasthani flavors.

Rajasthani Thali

Rajasthan is also popular for its Rajasthani thali. A Rajasthani thali is full of flavors, from sweet to sour and spice. Every dish is perfectly balanced with added spices. Oodles of options available in this thali for one to enjoy.

Laal Maas

In non-veg, there is Laal Maas, Jungali Maas, Pathar ka Maas, Dhungar Maas and much more. Whereas in veg Dal Bati Churma, Rajasthani Kadi, Gate Ki Sabji, Pyaz Kachori, Bajre ki Roti with Lasun ki Chutney, I can bet one will love to try these flavors.

Daal Baati Churma

If one is traveling to Jaipur then "Rawat Misthan Bhandar" is a must to visit foer the sweets. Apart from sweets, one can try the famous "Thali House" for Rajasthani thali. If you have canines for non-Veg, then I have a place for you, try Lal Maas at "Spice Court". You can also visit "Sharma Dhaba" and "Anokhi Cafe". Furthermore to try some more excellent Rajasthani flavors, one can have dinner at Santosh Bhojnalaya which is on station road in Jaipur.

One can also have a taste of Bajre ki Roti and Lasun ki Chatni. "Bajre ki Roti" is a chapati which is made of Millet and Lasun ki Chutney made out of garlic puree and Rajasthani spices. Now, the heart of Rajasthani cuisine "Dal Bati Churma", the Rajasthani meal is incomplete without it.

Mawa Kachori

One must have had experienced with tastiest Kachori out of Rajasthan but Rajasthani cuisine offers two explicit type od kachori having the taste of both sweet and spices. These kachoris are broadly categorized as "Mawa Kachori" and "Pyaz Kachori". The Pyaaz kachori is made with a filling of spiced onion and mixed with mashed potatoes and the Mawa Kachori is made with the filling of dry fruits mashed with khoya and then dipped in sugar syrup after deep frying. While my stay in Rajasthan, I had my first mawa kachori in Jodhpur and its taste just took my heart.

Ghewar

You might have heard and tasted "Raj Kachori" and "Pyaj Kachori" at many places. But Rajasthan is a place to try how it actually looks and tastes like. Each and every corner of Rajasthan is famous for some cuisine. Ajmer has its "kachori with kadhi" and "ghamandi lassi". Whereas Jodhpur is famous for its Mirchi vada, jodhpuri pyaz kachori, and sweets. If I talk about sweets from Rajasthan then ghewar, rabdi, laddo, gulabjamun are a must to try.

Pyaj Kachori

If you are traveling to Udaipur then you must visit the Natraj hotel which is famous for its Rajasthani Thali. You can also have the best Rajasthani vegetarian dishes at the New Santosh Bhojnalaya & Restaurant at surajpol in Udaipur. They serve amazing dal-baati churma here.

Jalebi and Rabdi

There are a lot of food options which are available for one to explore the best of Rajasthani taste in Rajasthan.
"All I'll suggest is to not to take anyone's suggestion, just pack your bags and wander around in the streets of Rajasthan to explore its flavors by yourself."
